These guidelines help keep Royal Icon Events safe, fair, and enjoyable for everyone. By using our platform, you agree to follow these standards.

Respect

Treat all users, contestants, and organizers with courtesy and fairness. Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

Do not create fake accounts, cast fraudulent votes, or manipulate competition results. Integrity is the foundation of our community.

Do not share personal information of others without consent. Report harassment immediately. Keep your account credentials secure.

All uploaded content — photos, bios, descriptions — must be appropriate and legal. No hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or adult content.

Organizers must not vote in their own competitions or incentivize votes with cash or gifts. Every competition must be conducted fairly.

Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or legal action. We take community safety seriously.

Users may appeal enforcement decisions within 7 days via email to appeals@royaliconevents.co.ke. All appeals are reviewed fairly.
