Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Royal Icon Events ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person may not maintain more than one account.

3. Event Organizers

Organizers are solely responsible for their events, including accuracy of event details, compliance with laws, and fulfillment of promises made to attendees. Royal Icon Events acts as a platform provider and is not a party to organizer-attendee agreements.

4. Payments & Fees

Ticket sales are subject to platform commission (5-6% for events, 20-30% for voting competitions). Payment processing fees may apply. Refunds are at the organizer's discretion unless otherwise required by law.

5. Voting Competitions

Votes are non-refundable once cast. Organizers must ensure competitions are fair and transparent. Manipulation of voting results through bots or fraudulent means is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: use the Platform for illegal purposes, impersonate others, distribute spam, manipulate voting systems, or engage in any activity that harms the Platform or its users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Royal Icon Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
